尘埃粒子计数器的性能参数直接决定着仪器的性能,对其测量结果的精度和准确度有着重要影响。分析了该仪器的主要性能参数及其对测量结果的影响,并针对仪器的主要性能参数,论述了现有测量技术的原理和方法,分析了仪器的合格指标,对尘埃粒子计数器的正确使用具有指导意义。
Performance of dust particle counter was directly decided by its performance parameters, which made important influence on precision and accuracy of measurement results. Its main performance parameters and their influences on the measurement results were analyzed. By aiming at the main performance parameters of the instrument, the method and principle of cun＇ent measuring techniques were discussed, and its qualified index was analyzed. There is significance in instructing the right use of dust particle counters.
