摘要
为了解决气溶胶稀释器传统校准技术中不确定度大、可靠性差的问题,提出了一种基于定量发生器技术的气溶胶稀释器校准方法。分析了气溶胶定量发生器技术的理论基础,研制得到一种量值准确、可溯源的气溶胶稀释器校准装置,并对其性能进行了验证和不确定度分析。实验结果表明,该校准装置及方法在1~300稀释范围内可实现对气溶胶稀释器的校准,不确定度为U_(rel)=3.8%(k=2)。
For the purpose of decreasing the calibration uncertainty for aerosol diluter in traditional calibration method,and thus increasing results reliability,an aerosol diluter calibration method based on quantitative generator technology was proposed.The theoretical formula of aerosol quantitative generation technology was deducted firstly,an aerosol diluter calibration set-up with accurate and traceable chain was developed subsequently.And finally,the performance of the calibration device was verified and uncertainty analysis was conducted.The experimental results showed that the calibration device and method can achieve calibration of aerosol diluters within the dilution range of 1~300,with an uncertainty of 3.8%(k=2).
