摘要
该文建立行业组织、用人单位、学生及其家长等利益相关方共同参与的高职模具专业第三方人才培养质量评价体系,将毕业生社会声誉、就业质量、学校教学管理、企业满意度、个人发展空间等作为衡量专业人才培养质量的重要指标,逐步形成以学校为核心、教育行政部门为引导、社会参与的人才培养质量保障体系。
In this paper,the third--party evaluation system for talent tranning quality in the higher vocational mold specialty which the industry organizations,employers,students and their parents and other stakeholders are participate in is established.In this evaluation system,the social reputation,the quality of graduates employment,the school teaching management,the enterprise satisfaction,the personal development space is an important index to measure the talent tranning quality.Thus, the talent tranning quality guarantee system is gradually formed in which the school as the core,the administrative departments of education as the guide,the society as the participation.
