摘要
教学胜任力是教师进行教学活动应具备的综合能力的体现,它不仅影响着教学活动的效果,而且制约着教学活动的成败。藏汉双语教学是西藏学校教育的重要特征之一。文章以建立西藏藏汉双语教师教学评价标准的必要性为问题切入点,深入分析了其目前存在的三大问题,并尝试从双语语言表达与跨文化沟通能力、专业技能或能力、教学研究能力三个维度提出藏汉双语教师教学胜任力的评价标准。
A teacher's teaching competency reflects his or her comprehensive ability of carrying on teaching, affects the effectiveness of his or her teaching activities, and decides the success or failure of the activities. Tibetan-Chinese bilingual education is one of the important features of school education in Tibet. Taking the establishment of the assessment system of Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teachers competency as the goal, this ar- ticle analyses the three serious problems existed in the current situation, and attempts to suggest an assessment system of Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teachers competency in the aspects of language competence, cross-cul- tural communication skills, professional skills, teaching and research capability.
