烧伤大鼠胃组织中一氧化氮合酶的变化观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的 研究烧伤后大鼠胃组织中一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)的变化及与一氧化氮 (NO)的关系。方法 采用 30 %TBSAⅢ度烧伤大鼠模型 ,分别检测了胃组织中NO含量及原生型NOS(cNOS)和诱导型NOS(iNOS)的活性 ,并分析了NO的变化规律及其与两型NOS之间的关系。结果 烧伤后胃组织中iNOS活性大幅上升 ,与NO的变化趋势一致 ,二者呈显著正相关 (r=0 .94,P <0 .0 1) ,而cNOS活性呈下降趋势 ,与NO相关不显著 (r =-0 .5 3 ,P >0 .0 5 )。结论 烧伤后胃组织中NO的变化主要受iNOS活性影响 ,iNOS活性上升 。 Objective To study the changes of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) after burns and its relationship with nitric oxide (NO) in stomach of rats. Methods Wistar rats with 30% TBSA full thickness burns were used as models, the activity of inducible NOS (iNOS) and constitute NOS (cNOS) as well as the content of NO in gastric tissues were detected. Results The iNOS activity and the content of NO were increased significantly after burn injury, and there was a positive correlation between them ( r = 0.94 , P <0.01). On the other hand, the cNOS activity was decreased remarkedly, it has no correlation with the NO ( r =-0.53, P >0.05). Conclusion The changes of NO in gastric tissues is mainly affected by iNOS activity. The changes of activity of iNOS and cNOS are related with some pathological changes in stomach after burns.
