摘要
本文通过对北京市鸡蛋供需和流通结构的分析表明,2012年北京市鸡蛋需求总量约36万吨,但鸡蛋自给率仅为44.2%,北京本地和外地的鸡蛋供应满足了北京市的鸡蛋需求,且形成了以大型农产品批发市场为核心的流通结构。
With the development of layer production in China, layer farming is concentrated in advantageous areas, and egg production and consumption area are separated in spatial. Egg supply of large-scale cities is highly depending on egg production area in other provinces. This article majorly analyzes the supply-demand and distribution structure of egg market in Beijing. The results showed that the egg demand reached 360 000 tons in 2012, but Beijing＇s egg self-sufficiency rate was only 44.2%. Beijing＇s egg demand is supplied by both local and outside Beijing,and Beijing has built egg circulation structure which large-scale wholesale markets as the core.
