摘要
本试验重点观察了0-10周龄咔叽-康贝尔鸭的羽毛发育规律,探讨其羽毛早期选育羽毛成熟性方法。结果显示:23日龄完成幼龄羽毛的更换,公鸭42-45日龄出现卷曲的性羽,63-65日龄青年羽毛长齐,绝大多数鸭均能在63日龄通管,64-70日龄之间逐渐换为成年羽。水养鸭的羽毛发育总体优于旱养鸭,母鸭通管性能极显著优于公鸭(P〈0.01),母鸭63日龄体重与通管值为极显著地正相关(r=0.19,P〉O.05)。因此,母鸭可以根据63日龄体重选择通管性。
In order to study the breeding selection method of the feather maturity (MF), the feather development was observed from birth to 10 weeks of age in Khaki .Campbell Ducks. The results showed that the down feather were changed to youth feather at 23 days of age, the sex feather with curve morphology was observed between 42 to 45 days of age in drakes. Most of the youth maturity feather developed well from 63 to 65 days of age,the youth feather with molting feature become adult feather from 64 to 70 days of age. The feather maturity in the water-feeding group was better than that in dry-feeding group. Feather maturity in drakes was significantly better than that in female ducks (P〈0.01),the body weight was significantly correlated with the feather maturity at 63 day in female ducks (r=0.19, P〈0.01 ). Breeding selection of the feather maturity can depend on the bodyweight at 63 days of age in female ducks.
