摘要
对试验和对照组鹅心、肝、肌胃、肌肉、片毛与绒毛中9种元素Cu,Mn,Zn,K,Na,Ca,Mg,Mo,Fe进行了检测。结果表明,试验组与对照组鹅心、肝、肌胃与肌肉中这9种元素含量无显著差异,但试验组片毛与绒毛中的Cu,Mn,Zn,Fe含量,比对照组分别多13.8%,12.9%,18.5%,15.1%和13.6%,16.4%,15.2%,14.4%,说明鹅绒助长剂促进羽绒生长的作用与这4种元素在羽绒中沉积增多有关。
The nine microminerals,Cu,
Mn,Zn,K,Na,Ca,Mg,Mo and Fe,in feather,down, heart, liver, stomach and muscle have been
detected and measured for the geese ofthe treatment and control groups, respectively. The
results show that difference of contentof the microminerals for the two groups is not significant
for heart, liver, stomach anddown , but for feather and down,and that the content of Cu,Mn,Zn
and Fe for the treat-ment group are respectively l3.8%, 12.9%, 18.5%and l5.O% in feather,13.6%,
16.4%, 15.2%and l4.4% in down more than that for the cortrol group, indicating that thefunction
of the agent can promote the growth of feather and down of geese in associationwith increase
of deposition of them in feather and down of geese。
