摘要
利用微波技术对聚乙烯醇(PVA)/MgO-Al2O3水溶液进行干燥,在此基础上建立了涂层的水分扩散系数的一维数学模型。通过实验系统分析了PVA/MgO-Al2O3涂料的干燥特性,结果显示:随着微波输出功率和涂层厚度的变化,有效水分扩散值介于0.0429×10^-10~17.4855×10^-10m^2·s^-1之间。最后,利用对数形式计算了干燥的活化能。水分扩散模型的建立为强化涂层干燥提供了理论基础。
This paper dealt with the coating - forming drying process of the aqueous solu- tion of PVA ( Poly vinyl alcohol) /MgO-Al2O3by using microwave technology. Thus a one - dimensional mathematical model of the water diffusion coefficient through the coating layer was formed. The drying characteristics of the PVA/ MgO-Al2O3 aqueous solution were ana- lyzed through the experimental system. With the variations of microwave output power and coating thickness, the effective moisture diffusivity values ranged from 0. 042 9 × 10^-10 to 17. 485 5 × 10×-10 m^2 ·s^-1 The activation energy was calculated using an exponential expres- sion. It provided a theoretical basis for enhancement of drying process.
