摘要 高频介质加熟技术是近几十年来发展起来的一门新技术。它是利用快速变化的高频电磁场对物体进行作用而使其内部发热达到加热的目的,因而具有加热速度快、加热均匀、产品质量好等优点。目前,高频加热在木材工业中主要用于木材胶合和木材干燥。本文主要概述了高频加热的原理与特点、木材高频加热的种类与应用技术。 Abstract Radio-frequency heating is the newly developed technique in recent decades.When on P. F. Voltage is applied across such a material as wood , heat is generated in thewood or glue line due to excitation of the molecules at this very high frequency. Theamount of heat is determined by the frequency, the square of the applied voltage, thedimensions of the material and the electrical properties of the material which is termed'loss factor' . In this paper, basic principles of P. F. heating and the present-day ap-plication of R. F. heating in the woodworking industry are described. The main pointsare as follows : (1)There are three basic methods of applying R. F. to a glue-line knownas (a) through heatiiig , (b) glue-line heating , and (c) stray field heating ;(2) When R.F. heating is being made ,the glues have to be of synthetic resni adhesives of thermoset-ting type. The glues used in large amount are Urea-formaldehyde (UF) and polyvinylacetate (PVAC) types and so on; (3)The most important applications of R. F. heatingin the wood-working industry is for bonding and adhesion of wooden components andfor timber drWng ; (4)Common short comings of R. F. heating and the future trends arepresented .
