感染性心内膜炎的外科治疗 被引量：4

摘要 目的总结体外循环下心内直视手术治疗感染性心内膜炎（IE）的外科治疗经验。方法回顾性分析兰州大学第一医院2005年1月至2011年12月体外循环下行心内直视手术治疗的36例IE患者的临床资料。结果本组无死亡病例，无瓣周漏发生，治愈36例。有1例术后3d出现感染性休克，术后细菌培养阳性，与术前细菌培养为同一种细菌（草绿色链球菌），给予积极抢救对症治疗，治愈出院。随访2个月-1年，心功能均恢复至Ⅰ或Ⅱ级。结论外科手术治疗IE中，手术时机的选择及加强围术期的处理是手术成功的关键。
