摘要
民警培训是可持续提升民警理论水平、业务技能与工作能力的重要举措,是新时期公安工作的一项基础性工程。当前要在了解民警培训过程中存在问题与不足的基础上,通过深入理解民警培训的重要性与必要性,切实将警校培训基层民警的独特地位与主导作用实现好、维护好、利用好,紧紧咬住课堂教学这个关键环节,不断提升民警培训的科学化水平。
Police training is not only an important initmtive to sustainably enhance the police＇s theoretical level, professional skills and work capacity, but a fundamental projeet of the public security work in the new era. Currently. it＇s crucial for us to tully realize the existing problems and deficiencies in the training process, deeply understand the importance and necessily of police training. actually exercise police colleges＇ functions in training basic-level police, and continuously improve the scientific level of police training by attaching importance to classroom teaching.
