摘要
非学历教育具有周期短、见效快、针对性强等特点,能够快速体现出办学效应和社会效应。我国加入WTO和终身教育观念的普及为非学历教育的发展提供了前所未有的机遇。公安高等院校应该抓住机遇,解决思想认识、教学、管理、机制等方面存在的问题,建立多层次的非学历教育形式,优化课程设置,灵活使用教学手段,严格考核,规范管理,注重效果,服务公安实践。
Non-School Record Education has the characteristics, like short cycle, high effect, and strong pertinence. All these advantages release the effect on both running school and society quickly. As our country attended WTO, the mind of studying all one＇s life has become more and more popular and provides with the unpredictable opportunity for Non-School Record Education development. Public security academy should hold this challenge; overcome the restricted factors on understanding, education, management, mechanism; build up multi-level Non-School Record Education form; perfect the lesson setting; take advantage of didactical method accordingly; exam and manage strictly; focus on effect; serve for practice.
