摘要
在回顾英国三轮技术预见活动的基础上,重点研究了英国面向2030年的技术预见情况,探讨了其背景和方法、预见结果和预见结论,并结合英国技术预见活动的组织实施、研究方法、推广应用等提出了对中国今后开展技术预见活动的几点启示和建议。
Based on the review of the three rounds of UK technology foresight activities, this paper mainly focuses on UK technology foresight for the 2020s and discusses its background, foresight methods, results and conclusions. Combined with the organizing, re- search methods, application of UK foresight activities, some ideas and suggestions to China in the future are put forward in this paper.
