摘要
本研究以蟾蜍为实验对象,采用机械损伤心肌的方法,获得心电图S—T段形态的典型改变。这种S—T段的改变与人的心肌梗塞的急性损伤型的改变极为相似,可作为急性心肌损伤的模型。
Mechanical damage of cardiac muscle of Bufo melanostictus is used for Electrocardiogram obsevation. The result has shown that the form of S-T segment change typically just like the acute myocardial infarct of human.
