摘要
目的 探讨顺铂 + 5 Fu联合放射治疗晚期食管癌 48例的疗效。方法 1992年～ 1993年对不宜手术治疗的晚期食管癌病人随机分为二组 (各 48例 )治疗。一组采用顺铂、5 Fu联合化疗后行根治性放疗 (化放组 ) ,一组仅行单纯根治性放疗 (单放组 )进行对比。结果 化放组与单放组 1、3、5年生存率分别为 72 .9%、33 .3 %、2 0 .8%与 37.5 %、10 .4%、4.16 %比较有明显的差异。结论 顺铂 + 5 Fu联合化疗后放疗的综合治疗是治疗晚期食管癌的有效方法。
Objective To study on the curative effect of on DDP+5 Fu combined 48 paitents with advanced cancer of esophagus treated with radiotherapy.Methods 48 Patients with advanced cancer of esophagus,failed to be operated during 1992～1993 were randomized into two groups,one group undergoing radical radiotherapy followed by DDP and 5 Fu(combined therapy goup),the other group undergoing radical radiotherapy only (radiotherapy group).Results The 1,3 and 5 year survival rate,of the combined therapy and of the radiotherapy group was 72.9%,33.3% and 20.8%,37.5%,10.4% and 4.1% respectively.There were significant differences.Conclusions The comprehensive radiotherapy following the combined chemotherapy with DDP+5 Fu is an effective therapy for advanced cancer of esophagus.
