慢病毒载体——重组蛋白高效表达的新契机

Lentiviral vectors:a new opportunity of high-level recombinant protein expression

摘要 随着生命科学产业的发展,人们对于重组蛋白的需求越来越大,所以构建一种能够大规模生产重组蛋白的系统成为当前的研究热点。而通过慢病毒(Lentivirus)来提高重组蛋白的产量可能会是一种十分有效的方法。由于其拥有的优良特性,慢病毒系统被广泛关注,已经被应用于许多领域。本文对近年来有关慢病毒系统在外源重组蛋白表达方面的应用进行了综述。将慢病毒应用于外源重组蛋白的表达,将会为外源蛋白的高效表达提供新的契机。 The demand for the recombinant protein is increasing with the development of life science industry and it is a current research hotspot to build a system which can produce high-level recombinant proteins. And it could be a very effective method to improve the production of recombinant protein by the application of lentiviral vectors. Because of several excellent properties, the lentiviral vectors have been widely used. We review the recent applications of recombinant protein expression by using lentiviral system. And the lentiviral vectors would provide a new opportunity to express high-level recombinant proteins.
