摘要
目的 探讨影响血液透析患者长期存活的非传统危险因素,以提高血液透析患者生存质量和生存率.方法 回顾分析2008年1月～2011年12月在我院血液净化中心行维持性血液透析的118例终末期肾病患者的基本资料,以36例死亡患者为研究组,继续存活的82例患者为存活组,对两组患者的资料进行比较.结果 死亡的36例患者中,其中死于心脑血管疾病21例,占61.1％.与存活组比较,死亡组患者年龄大、经济状况差、已婚率及就业率均较低（P＜0.05）.结论 心脑血管疾病是血液透析患者的首要死亡原因.高龄、经济状况、已婚率及就业率是影响透析患者死亡的主要非传统危险因素.专业的心理干预、社会和家庭的支持有助于提高血液透析患者的生活质量和生存率.
Objective To investigate non-traditional risk factors which might influence the sur- vival rate of the hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 118 hemodialysis patients from Jan. 2008 to Dec. 2011 were recruited in this study. Clinical and basic data were compared between death group （36 ca- ses） and survival group（ 82 cases）. Results During 4 years＇ observation time, death rate with cardiac or cerebral vascular complications accounted for 61. 1% （21/36）. Compared with patients in the survival group, patients in the death group were older, had poorer economic situation, lower marriage or employment ratio（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The main reasons of death in hemodialysis patients were cardiac or cere- bral vascular diseases. Old age, poor economic situation, low marriage or employment ratio were the impor- tant non-traditional risk factors of death. Professional psychological intervention and social support may im- prove life quality and survival rate in hemodialysis patients.
