摘要
结构工程与抗震教育部重点实验室在多年建设发展的基础上,坚持以科研建设、实验教学为核心的双擎并进、相互融合的发展理念,全面提升重点实验室的核心竞争力,使其得到了全面创新的跨越式发展。科研建设作为核心不断凝练特色方向,逐步形成了区域特色鲜明的研究方向;实验教学作为另一核心,坚持以学生的创新能力培养为目标,探索实验教学新思路、新方法,革新实验教学理念,构建新型实验教学体系和创新型人才培养模式,实现了土木工程实验教学的新发展。
On the base of the more construes and developments, Key Laboratory of Structural Engineering and Earthquake Resistance, Ministry of Education （XAUAT）adheres to dual cores of scientific research and experiment teaching, improves the core competitiveness of the key laboratory, and makes its the comprehensive innovation leapfrog deve｜opment. Scientific research construction is the one of cores gradually formed a regional characteristic of research direction by the concise characteristic direction. The experimental teaching as another core with the goal of cultivation of students^innovation ability explore new ideas, new methods. The laboratory sets up a new experimental teaching system and the innovative talent training mode, and realizes the civil engineering experimental teaching of the new development.
