摘要
"农民工"作为弱势群体长久以来吸引着各界的讨论,而农民工感染性传播疾病却很少被给予特殊的关注。运用人类学田野调查方法深入农民工劳务市场,对底层、边缘的农民工进行长期调查可知,农民工感染"性疾病"之问题触目惊心,问题由此展开。首先对身体与政治的关系及其以往的讨论进行简要梳理,并借助田野调查的资料,展示无法进入产业中的底层、边缘的农民工群体感染"性疾病"的状况;在此基础上从身体政治的理论视角切入,揭示针对这群农民工的治理术,以及他们如何与权力进行周旋的过程;最后提出国家的治理者应该转变视角,去关怀底层边缘农民工的现实境遇,从而作为和谐社会的基本要求。
Off- farm workers as a vulnerable group have received much concern from all circles but their sexually transmitted diseases （STD） have been largely ignored. Adopting the method of anthropological fieldwork plus an investigation of the labor market, this pa- per gives an incisive analysis of the marginalized off - farm workers and their serious STD problems. Firstly, it briefly summarizes the previous research findings concerning the relations between body and politics. Then, it describes the marginalized off - farm STD work- ers. On this basis and from the perspective of body politics, it discusses the government management of such workers and their means against power. Finally, it points out that the administrators should show much concern over them from some new perspectives in order to help construct a harmonious society.
