摘要
目的:了解3～6岁儿童注意缺陷多动障碍患儿合并其他行为问题的情况。方法:采用Conners儿童行为问卷(父母用)对所调查的4 489名3～6岁儿童中符合美国精神病协会《精神障碍诊断和统计手册》第4版(DSM-1V)注意缺陷多动障碍诊断标准的52例患儿进行合并行为问题的研究。结果:3～6岁儿童注意缺陷多动障碍患儿品行问题、心身问题检出率高于6～16岁患儿,而学习问题检出率低于6～16岁患儿。女性患儿品行问题检出率比男性患儿高,冲动多动问题为不同性别、不同年龄患儿最突出的行为问题。结论:3～6岁注意缺陷多动障碍患儿合并行为问题较多,与6～16岁患儿相比有不同之处。
Objective： To understand the behavioral problems of children aged 3 - 6 years old with attention - deficit/hyperactivity disorder （ADHD） . Methods： A total of 4 489 children aged 3 -6 years old were investigated by Conners children behavioral question- naire, and the behavioral problems of 52 children meeting the criteria of ADHD were studied. Results： The detection rates of conduct prob- lem and mind - body problem in children aged 3 - 6 years old were higher than those in children aged 6 -16 years old, but the detection rate of learning problem in children aged 3 -6 years old was lower than that in children aged 6 - 16 years old; the detection rate of conduct prob- lem in girls was higher than that in boys, impulse and hyperactivity problems were the most prominent behavior problems in children of differ- ent genders and age. Conclusion： Conduct problem is commonly found in 3 -6 -year- old children with ADHD, which is different from children aged 6 - 16 years old.
