摘要
不同遗传系统(核质组成)在同一试验条件下,其胞质所处的生理状况不同,具体表现在它们对外界环境的适应和利用能力上的差异.对特定组合来说,适宜的栽培条件能通过改善水稻自身的遗传平衡,增强自动调节的能力,克服胞质的不良影响,使剑叶含氮量提高,功能期延长,净光合效率提高,ATP 酶活性增强,过氧化物酶活性减弱,从而获得高产.因此研究杂交水稻的区域生态适应性及相应的高产栽培技术很重要.
The results indicated that different genetic systems with different nucleocytoplasmie components have different abilities of adaption and utilization to environmence.As far as given hybrid combination was concerned,the genetic equilibrium of heterozygote and the ability of homeostasis are improved and the negative effect of male-sterile cytoplasm can be curbed under favorable condition.Then ATPase activity is promoted,while peroxidase activity weakens,this in turn leads to the increace of N concen- tration in tlag leaf,net photosynthetic efficiency and grain yield in order.So it is important to study ecological adaption to regions and corresponding technology for high yielding culti- vation of hybrid rice.
