摘要
以5×5半双列杂交法研究了水稻成熟种胚离体培养的基因型效应.结果表明,成熟种胚离体培养的脱分化与再分化能力是一个可遗传的特性,其杂种早代(F_1)离体培养能力的差异既受亲本培养力高低的影响,又与具体组合有关.愈伤组织诱导率、绿苗分化率和离体培养力3性状的遗传,既受基因加性效应的控制,同时又受非加性效应的影响.
The genotypic difference of rice embryo cultured in vitro and its inheritance were investigated with 5×5 diallel cross.The genotypic variance of general combining abili- ty(gca)and specific combining ability(sca)of callus induction frequency,green plantlet re- generation frequency and culture ability in vitro are significant at the 1% level.Both gca and sea are improtant to 3 traits of rice embryo in vitro culture.There is a close relationship between hybrids and their parents.Three traits of rice embryo cultured in vitro are determinted by additive gene effects and non-additive gene effects.It indicated that it is possible to transfer genes of high embryo-culture ability from one genotype to another by crossing.
