摘要
由水稻中花11号成熟胚诱导而来的愈伤组织,通过三批不同激素不同配比的分化培养基培养,得到了最高为89.6%的出苗率.分化出苗率最高的培养基为MS+2.0mg/L ZT+0.02mg/L IAA+3%蔗糖+0.8%琼脂,细胞分裂素ZT和生长素IAA的比率为100∶1.
Using rice zhonghua 11 callus induced from mature embryo as explants for differentiation, a highly efficient rice differentiation system was established by adjusting the proportion of different plant hormones. The highest differentiation rate is 89.6 %. The result is obtained through cultivation on medium ( MS + 2.0mg/L ZT + 0.02mg/L IAA + 3 % Sucrose + 0.8 % Agar), in which the proportion between cytokinin and auxin is 100 : 1.
