摘要
目的探讨血液灌流联合血液透析救治百草枯中毒的疗效。方法回顾分析血液灌流联合血液透析并配合内科综合治疗急性百草枯中毒13例临床资料。结果 13例患者中治愈6例,死亡5例,自动出院2例。结论早期持续血液灌流联合血液透析治疗百草枯中毒能提高抢救成功率,降低病死率。
Objective To explore the effects of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of paraquat poisoning. Methods Using 13 acute paraquat poisoning cases to study the effect of HP ＋ HD combined with internal comprehensive treatment. Results Of the 13 cases, 6 cured, 5 died, and 2 discharged voluntarily. Conclusion The early stage continued HP ＋ HD can increase the res cue success rate and decrease the mortality.
