基于磁流变液阻尼器的压力脉动自调控喷雾系统的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文提出了一种基于磁流变液阻尼器的压力脉动自调控喷雾系统,通过PLC实时地反馈系统的工作状态,实现对压力脉动闭环控制。本文建立了该系统的数学模型,理论分析表明,该系统可以调节喷雾机液泵出口处液体的压力脉动;实验结果表明,当系统状况发生改变的时候,该系统能够通过改变阻尼器的工作参数,使得喷雾管路始终保持调节压力脉动的最佳效果。由于磁流变液的响应时间是毫秒级的,此系统对于高频的压力脉动也适用。 A kind of spray system was proposed in this paper, which the pressure pulsation was adapted automatically based on MRF damper. Through the working state of the PLC real-time feedback system, closed-loop control of the pressure pulsation have been realized. The mathematical model of the system was built firstly, it can adjust the fluid pressure pulsation in the outlet of the pump by the theoretical analysis. The results of experiments show that when the system status is changed, the system can work by changing the parameter of damper to make the spray pipe line keep adjusting the pressure pulsation in the best effect. Because of the response time of magnetorheological fluid is several millisecond, this system also apply to high frequency of pressure pulsation.
