摘要
从近年来研究发展的植物干细胞概念、茎尖分生组织、根尖分生组织、维管形成层组织的结构特征及其各自调控的分子机制等方面进行总结,重点阐述了近年来植物干细胞在植物体内发生与分化所涉及的分子调控机制,并对植物干细胞研究的未来前景进行了展望。
The paper was summarized from the concept of plant stem cell, the organizalion characteristics of shoot apical meristem, root apical meristem and vascular cambium, as well as their molecular mechanism, which was studied in recent years. The involving molecular mechanism of the plant stem cell initiation and differenliation was emphasized, and its future prospect was expected.
