摘要
旅游管理是一门应用性较强的学科,也是实践性很强的学科,随着旅游业的发展,旅游业内部对人才需求的专业化程度越来越高,构建一个能够适应社会经济发展和区域旅游发展需要的应用型旅游管理人才培养体系。笔者以湖南商学院旅游管理学院国家首个"旅游管理人才培养与行业互动人才培养模式创新实验区"
Tourism is more a applied subject, as well as a subject full of practicalness. And with the development of tourism, there is a higher demand for specialization of the tourism talents, so we should build up a tainiug system of tourism management talents to suit economy development and regional tourism development. This study is carried out under the innovative practical teaching in school of tourism management, Hunan University of Commerce, which has built up the first experimental base on taining mode of tourism management and trades interaction talents.
