摘要
旅游专业教育发展滞后已成为我国旅游业持续发展的瓶颈,系统全面地研究高校旅游专业人才培养模式具有极强的现实指导意义。文章通过对国内外旅游人才培养模式的已有研究进行梳理,按其着眼点归纳为基于教育改革、行业需求与国际合作3种视角的人才培养模式,在此基础上整合提出了国际合作与产学研一体化相结合的旅游人才培养的"钻石型"模式。
The laggard development of tourism education has become the bottleneck of sustainable development of the tourism industry in our country,so systematic and comprehensive study of tourism professionals training model in colleges and universities has highly practical guiding signif icance.Through reviewing the previous research on training model and grouping them into three types according to their focus,this paper proposed the ＂diamond-type＂model of tourism personnel training,in the hope that this could give some inspiration to the construction of tourism management major in colleges and universities.
