摘要
为了改进植物提取液中黄酮类物质含量的测定方法,将过滤法及静置沉淀法应用于测定过程中,并比较了这两种方法的测定结果.结果表明:(1)过滤法及静置沉淀法应用于测定绞股蓝提取液中的黄酮类物质,能有效提高测量结果的稳定性,且准确度较高,重现性良好.(2)与过滤法相比,静置沉淀法操作更为简单,准确性更高,稳定性更好.
The method of determining theis.By using the method of filtering and total flavonoids in Gynostemma tea extract was developed in this static precipitation in the determination of total flavonoids in Gy- nostemma tea extract,the result shows ： （ 1 ） the two methods improve the stability of total flavonoids in Gy- nostemma tea extract obviously.The precision and the repetition of results are fairly good;（2） the static pre- cipitation method is more precise, stable and simple compared with the filtering method.
