摘要
分析了板坯连铸机自控系统升级改造前的主要问题,通过采用二级动态配水、结晶器液压振动、基于总线的Profibus-DP技术等改造措施,使系统功能更加完善,设备运行更加稳定,大大提高了连铸机自动化控制水平,提高了产品质量和产量,取得了良好的效果。
The main problems of the slab continuous casting machine control system before upgrading are analyzed.By using of upgrading measures of the secondary dynamic water distribution,mould hydraulic vibration and Profibus-DP technology based on the bus,etc,the system function is more perfect,the equipment operation was more stable,the automation control level of continuous casting machine is greatly improved,the product quality and quantity are increased,and have achieved good effect.
