摘要
本文研究闽西梅花山自然保护区土壤微生物的数量分布和区系,发现细菌、放线菌和丝状真菌等三大类群微生物的数量随海拔高度、植被和土壤类型等的不同而有规律性的变化。其中,丝状真菌的数量分布随海拔高度的变化呈一元回归关系;不同植被有各自的优势菌属。共鉴定出4纲11科36属的丝状真菌。
The purpose of this work was to investigate the distribution and flora of soil microorganisms of the Meihuashan mountain in the west part of Fuj-ian Province. The results showed that the ecological distribution of bacteria, actinomycetes and filamentous fungi varied obviously and regularly with altitude and types of soil and forest. There is a linear relationship of monobasic regression between the quantity of filamentous fungi and altitude. More than thirty genera of filamentous fungi have been isolated and identified. The dominant genera of filamentous fungi are Penicillinm, Aspergillus, Trichoderma, Clodosporium, and Curvularia. Each forest type has particular predominant population of filamentous fungi.
