摘要
在内蒙古典型草原蒙古口蘑所形成的蘑菇圈上,不同环(带)中的各类群微生物数量分布有明显差异,好气性细菌和芽孢型细菌在枯草环中显著增加,分别高于绿草环、圈内、圈心及圈外;细菌生长代谢与口蘑菌丝体生长及其子实体形成有密切的关系;真菌、放线菌及纤维素分解菌的数量在枯草环中最低,特别是在菌丝旺盛生长的6~11 cm 处更为明显.
In the fairy rings formed Tricholoma Mongolicum Imai.in steppe of NeiMongol region,distribution of different groups of soil microorganism in the zones has significant difference in the number,number of bacteria in the soil sample of scorched zone (growth mushroom) has a strong increase to contrast with lush zone,inside,centre and outside of the fairy rings.Both the aerophile bacteria and spore forming bacteria increase in the scorched zone.The results shows that there are close relation between the growth of bacteria and forming of the mushroom.The number of fungi,actinomyces and decomposing cellulase fungi is lower in the scorched zone,and lowest in depth 6~11 cm with the hyphostroma strong growth.
