摘要
在项目形成初期识别风险因素并采取防范措施是降低项目成本的重要途径。通过风险识别及衡量 ,使项目管理人员对项目成本存在的种种风险和潜在损失进行全面、科学的识别 ,对损失发生的概率和严重程度加以估计和预测 。
How to identify risk factors and take scientific methods in the early of project, which enables administrative personnel to identify various risks and estimate their probabilities, plays an important role in the minimization of construction cost. This paper comes up with such measures as strengthening legal construction and feasibility of construction project to carry out effective cost-risk management.
