摘要
风险分析是实施事前预防的有效手段.介绍了风险分析及风险矩阵的基本原理,对铁路危险货物运输进行风险研究,确定出4个高风险因素和7个中等风险因素,针对这些主要矛盾,总结出提高其安全运输水平的对策,对实际工作具有一定的参考价值.
Risk analysis is an efficient method of precaution in advance.The basic principle of risk analysis and risk matrix is introduced firstly.Then railway dangerous freight transport s risk is analyzed.As a conclusion,4 high risk factors and 7 moderate ones are determined.Moreover,the corresponding resolutions of improving dangerous freight safety level are proposed,which could make sense to practical operation.
