苦瓜种质资源遗传多样性的SRAP分析 被引量:7

摘要 利用SRAP标记对国内外不同栽培类型和野生资源共48份苦瓜材料进行聚类分析,结果显示苦瓜资源材料间的遗传距离介于0.14~0.64之间,表明苦瓜种质资源遗传基础丰富.48份苦瓜资源材料分成4个类群,其中2份野生材料被分别单独聚为1类(即分别为第Ⅲ类群和第Ⅳ类群),1份栽培材料被单独聚为第Ⅰ类群,其余45份栽培材料均被聚在第Ⅱ类群,表明绝大部分栽培材料的亲缘关系是较近的.该结果可以有效区分栽培类群和野生类群;在第Ⅱ类群中多数栽培类型也表现出了一定程度的聚集趋势;白苦瓜类型之间的遗传距离较大,反映出该类型可能起源多样化,其遗传基础也相对丰富. Cluster analysis was conducted by using 48 bitter gourd germplasm resources including two wild resources with SRAP markers. The result showed that pair-wise genetic distance (GD) based on molecular analysis ranged from 0.14 to 0.64, indicating that genetic basis of bitter gourd germplasm resources was rich. 48 genotypes of bitter gourd were grouped into 4 cluster, Group Ⅱ consisted of 45 genotypes, whereas Group Ⅰ , m, Iv had only one genotype, which were "Fengyuan-1","M041530" and "YN-2" respectively, and the last two were wild feral form. The result indicated that genetic relationships of most cultivated materials were close. The cluster analysis based on SRAP markers could distinguish wild feral form from cultivated types, most of cultivation types also showed some degree of gathered trend in group Ⅱ. The larger genetic distance among white bitter gourd types reflected the possible of origin of diversification, its genetic basis ess relatively rich.
