转基因稻谷散落性研究

摘要 以转基因稻谷T1C-19、T2A-1及亲本MH-63为研究对象,测定其在不同含水量下的三轴尺寸、休止角以及谷粒与不同接触材料的摩擦因数。研究结果表明:随着含水量的增大,3种稻谷的三轴尺寸、休止角、摩擦因素均呈增大的趋势;在相同含水量状态下,两种转基因稻谷的三轴尺寸均较亲本值大,与同种接触材料的摩擦因数较亲本值小,3种稻谷的休止角之间无明显差异;稻谷的摩擦因数均受到接触材料的显著影响,同种稻谷在相同含水量状态下,与铁板的摩擦因素均大于与塑料板的摩擦因素。在外界条件相同的情况下,T1C-19和T2A-1的散落性优于亲本MH-63。 The transgenic rice varieties T1C-19, T2A-1 and the parental variety MH-63 were selected as the subject to investigate 3-axis size, angle of repose and friction factor of the grains with different contact materials. The results showed that 3-axis size, angle of repose and friction of rice all became larger with moisture content increasing; the 3-axis size of T1C-19 and T2A-1 were larger than that of MH-63, but the friction factor value showed a different way and there was no significant difference with the angle of repose of three varieties at the same moisture content. Contact materials and moisture content played important roles in the friction factor coefficient of transgenic grain and its parent's, the grain's friction coefficient with iron plate was bigger than that with plastic plate. So the flow movement of T1C-19 and T2A-1 was better than its parental variety MH-63 at the same conditions.
