摘要 介绍了渤海海域油田的注聚生产现状,分析了聚合物对油田采出液的黏度、原油乳状液稳定性及反相点的影响,以及聚合物对平台生产的影响。介绍了针对渤海某油田的注聚原油物理性质分析及原油脱水实验研究。处理海上平台含聚产出液,需提高操作温度,延长停留时间,而新型破乳剂和新型设备的研发与应用将会起到关键的促进作用。 Status of Bohai oilfield polymer flooding production was introduced. Effects of the polymer on viscosity, crude oil emulsion stability and phase inversion point of the produced fluid as well as the offshore platform production were analyzed. Physical property analysis and dehydration experimental study of an oilfield polymer-containing crude oil in Bohai Bay was introduced. According to the research, it is needed to raise the operation temperature and prolong the retention time for the treatment of polymer flooding produced fluid on offshore platform, while development and application of novel demulsifier and equipment will play key roles.
