摘要
介绍了LNG中服役条件为.196℃的304L超低温不锈钢,分析了大管径母材(φ762,9914.1,91066.8,φ1219.2,91524)的焊接性,进行埋弧焊(SAW)、药芯焊丝CO2气体保护焊(FCAW—G)焊接工艺评定,对相应的结果进行了分析,给出了焊接过程中的质量控制措施,开发成功两套大管径超低温不锈钢高效焊接工艺,积累了相关经验。
The 304L stainless steel with application in -196 ~C ultra-low temperature service condition in LNG was introduced. Weld ability of large-diameter pipes (q0762, tp914.1, q^1066.8, q01219.2, q01524) was analyzed, and welding procedure qualifications (WPQs) about submerged arc welding (SAW) and flux-cored arc welding (FCAW-G) were carried out. The results of corresponding WPQs were analyzed, and the controlling measures of welding quality were given. Two welding procedures for large diameter cryogenic stainless steel were achieved successfully, as well as relevant experiences were accumulated.
