Incoloy825镍基合金与低温碳钢的焊接工艺研究

摘要 介绍了应用于液化天然气项目中的Incoloy825镍基合金与低温碳钢,分析了母材的焊接性,进行.46℃低温环境异种金属的钨极氩弧焊(GTAw)+焊条电弧焊(SMAW)焊接工艺评定。焊接接头的抗拉强度高于低温碳钢母材标准的下限415MPa,接头的拉伸性能符合要求;根弯和面弯试样弯曲180°,没有出现缺陷,同时宏观照片没发现裂纹及未熔合等缺陷;维氏硬度满足焊缝及825镍基合金侧〈330HV10、低温碳钢侧〈248HV10要求,表明焊接接头具有良好的塑性;焊缝及热影响区的低温冲击试验,满足单个值〉20J、平均值〉27J(本试验为小尺寸试样,满足单个值〉15J、平均值〉20.25J)要求,接头在-46℃低温的条件下具有良好的韧性。给出了焊接过程中的质量控制措施,成功地开发了GTAW+SMAW焊接工艺。 Incoloy 825 alloy and low temperature carbon steel (LTCS) used in Liquified-Natural Gas (LNG) project were introduced, and weldability of parent material was analyzed. Dissimilar metal welding procedure qualification (WPQ) was carried out under -46℃ low temperature condition with GTAW and SMAW process. Weld joint was complied with the requirement of tensile strength higher than 415 MPa; root and face bend was found with no defects under 180°bending. Macro photos were found with no cracking and lack of fusion; Vicker hardness of 825 alloy and low temperature carbon steel was less than 330HV10 and 248HV10 respectively, which shows that good plasticity was obtained for the weld joint. Impact test was complied with the requirement of impact absorbing energy higher than 20J for single value and 27J for average value (15J and 20.25J for sub-size specimens). Which shows that good toughness was gained for the weld joint under -46℃. Quality control measures were given, and GTAW+SMAW welding procedure was achieved successfully.
