摘要
加工番茄的机械化采收是新疆番茄产业急需解决的问题。为此,介绍了新疆加工番茄的种植及采收现状,重点对番茄收获机果秧分离装置的应用现状及存在问题进行了研究;分析了影响加工番茄果秧分离装置正常工作的主要因素;提出了利用液压振动系统取代现有果秧分离装置中的偏心块机构,实现加工番茄果秧分离。研究成果可为液压振动系统应用于农业机械提供借鉴。
The mechanical harvest of processing tomatoes is the urgently solution to the question of Xinjiang tomato in- dustry. This paper introduces the cultivation and harvest status of Xinjiang processing tomato, focus on studying fruit sepa- ration device of tomato harvester application status and the existing problems, and analyzing the main factors which affect he normal work of processing tomato fruit separation device, put forward the use of hydraulic vibration system to replace the eccentric block mechanism of existing fruit separation device, realize processing tomato fruit separation, research re- suits provide reference for hydraulic vibration system applied for agricultural machinery.
