碳素原料种类对低碳镁碳材料结构与性能的影响

摘要 摘要以电熔镁砂、鳞片石墨、炭黑、膨胀石墨为原料,研究不同种类碳素原料的引人对低碳镁碳材料结构号I生能的影响。对镁碳材料的常温耐压强度、显气孔率、体积密度、常温热导率及抗氧化性进行检测,利用SEM对其显微结构进行表征。研究结果表明以超细鳞片石墨作为碳素原料的低碳镁碳材料其结构号陛能较优,而以炭黑为碳素原料的低碳镁碳材料其结构与性能较差。 The effect of different carbon on properties and structure of low-carbon MgO-C refractory was studied. Tests were made on the MgO-C specimens, such as cold compressive strength, porosity, volume density, room temperature thermal conductivity and anti-oxidation. Also the microstructure was characterized by SEM. The result shows that MgO-C refractory with ultra-fine graphite shows better performance and gets a compact structure, while the properties and structure of MgO-C refractory with carbon black is very bad.
