摘要
介绍了电石用碳素原料现状,指出半焦是现阶段用于代替电石用焦炭的理想原料。分析了半焦用于生产电石的优势以及目前所存在的主要问题,重点介绍了扩大电石用碳素原料来源的方法和提高电石用半焦质量的措施。
Currcnt status of carbon matcrials for calcium carbide was introduced. Scmi-coke, the ideal raw material, used to substitutc for coke to produce calcium carbide at present was pointcd out. The advantagcs of the production of calcium carbide from semi-coke as well as the main problems at present wcrc analyzcd. The methods for expanding sources of carbon for calcium carbidc and mcasures for improving the quality of semi-coke for calcium carbide werc highlighted.
