黑龙江省水稻秸秆厌氧发酵制取沼气的主要工艺条件研究 被引量:9

摘要 研究了发酵温度、水稻秸秆的预处理状态、接种物与原料的不同配比、发酵液酸碱度等主要工艺条件对水稻秸秆厌氧发酵产沼气的影响。设计了自动加热恒温系统,对秸秆进行了氨化处理,进行了接种物与原料不同配比、发酵液不同pH值等一系列试验,试验结果表明接种物与原料比例为1∶1,发酵液pH值为7.0左右时候,产气效果好,效率高。 The effects of principal process conditions to rice straw anaerobic methane fermentation were studied,such as ferment temperature,pretreatment of rice straw,dlfferent proportions of inoculums raw materials and initial pH value. Automatic heating thermostatic system was designed and straw was treated by ammonization,then a series of experiments on different proportions of inoculums,raw materials and initial pH value were made. The results showed that biogas production effect was better and more efficiency when the proportion was 1:1 and pH value was 7.0.
