我国秸秆沼气预处理技术的研究及应用进展 被引量:46

摘要 我国秸秆资源丰富,但目前利用率较低,发展秸秆沼气是提高秸秆利用率的有效途径,也是推动我国沼气事业发展的必要选择。秸秆由于其自身性质,造成沼气发酵过程中一系列的技术难题。目前普遍认为好的秸秆预处理方式不但能克服这些难题,还能有效地提高秸秆厌氧发酵的消化率和产气率。文章主要介绍了目前研究较多的秸秆沼气预处理方式及其优缺点,以及它们在我国沼气工程中的应用现状,并对我国目前秸秆沼气预处理现状做了总结,对未来发展方向进行了展望。 Crop straw resources are abundant in China, but the utilization is low. Straw biogas development is an effective way to improve the utilization of crop straw, and is also an essential choice to impel the biogas development. Due to the nature of straw, there are a series of difficult technical problems in the biogas fermentation process. Currently, it is generally accepted that a good way of straw pretreatment is the premise improving biogas generation. This paper mainly introduces different straw pretreatment methods. The corresponding advantages and disadvantages and their applications in biogas project were also introduced. Furthermore,the current situation of straw pretreatment in China was summarized, and the developing direction in future was prospected.
