间充质干细胞的免疫调节特性及其在实体器官移植中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 自1954年人类首例肾移植成功实施以来,器官移植已取得了长足的进步[1].对于许多危重病例及终末期疾病患者来说,器官移植是唯一有效的治疗手段.为了保证器官移植的临床效果,术后患者必须长期使用免疫抑制剂.但这些药物的免疫抑制作用是非特异性的,影响受体全身免疫细胞的功能,产生许多不良反应,包括增加患者感染及患恶性肿瘤的风险,引起心血管疾病,导致代谢紊乱和对移植物直接产生毒副作用等,最终导致移植物失去功能[2].因此,如果诱导产生供体特异性免疫耐受就能克服上述缺点,使移植物维持良好功能并长期存活.
