人羊膜细胞抑制异体淋巴细胞增殖的实验研究

摘要 人羊膜上皮细胞位于羊膜的最内层,是在受精后第8天从外胚叶发育而来,理论上可以分化成各种组织细胞。本实验探讨羊膜细胞分离和培养方法,并通过混合淋巴细胞反应体系观察其免疫调节特性,为将来的细胞移植应用提供实验依据。
