摘要
教务管理是高校管理的核心内容之一,从事教务管理工作的教务管理人员素质及能力高低将直接关系到高校办学质量的好坏。要提高高校的教务管理工作水平,需要教务管理人员能适时定位及调整角色,不断提高自身综合素质及管理能力,以适应高校和社会发展的客观需要。
Educational administration is part of the university management and educational administrators＇ quality will determine the quality of university education directly. To meet the requirements of university education and society and improve the quality of university educational administrators, it is necessary for them to position their roles and improve their overall quality.
