摘要
做好高校教务管理工作对稳定教学秩序、提高教学质量、培养德智体全面发展的高素质人才具有重要意义。加强教务管理工作必须从提高管理人员素质、抓好常规管理五个环节、完善激励机制和实现教务管理的科学化、规范化、程序化、现代化等方面入手,提高教学管理工作的整体效益。
Good administration of education means a great deal to stabilizing the order of teaching, enhancing the quality of teaching, and fostering persons with high ability who develop in morality, intelligence, and body. To strengthen educational administration to enhance integral benefit of teaching management, we must start with enhancing administrators, quality, copy well with five loops of regular management, perfecting prompting mechanism, and realizing scientific and standard and procedural and modem administration of education.
