摘要
利用自行设计的圆形和四边形网状投药混合装置,在定制的有机玻璃水槽模型中进行混合试验。以高锰酸钾作为示踪剂,通过自制简易取样仪取混合水样,通过测定水样的吸光度来计算其混合均匀度,表征新型网状投药装置的混合效果。结果表明,在最优设计参数条件下,圆形和四边形网状投药装置的混合均匀度分别可达到94.3%和96.8%。
Self-designed circular and quadrilateral grid chemical dosing mixers were used to perform mixing experiment in the customized organic glass tank model. Potassium permanganate was used as a tracer. Mixing uniformity was calculated by measuring the absorbance of mixed water sample to characterize the mixing effect of grid chemical dosing mixers. Under the optimal design parameters conditions, the mixing uniformity of circular and quadrilateral grid chemical dosing mixers was 94.3% and 96.8% respectively.
